Incumbents must demonstrate superior customer service and people skills, being able to respond to the immediate needs of clients & clinicians in a busy distracting environment. Cooperates as a team with other agency staff, provide administrative and clerical support for the Behavioral Health Agency, including correspondence, data input, filing, assembling files, maintain accurate confidential records and prepare clear and accurate reports for informational, auditing purposes. Registers new patients and updates existing patients’ information, including the collection of all eligibility documents needed or required by insurance or paying entities and responsible for keeping, updating, and maintaining records. Incumbent must show competency and integrity to maintain the confidentiality of organization & clients. Demonstrate the ability to work independently in carrying out assignments while remaining reliable and dependable.
Incumbent will provide assistance for Behavioral Health staff in scheduling clients for appointments, including reminder calls and correspondence. Helps maintain reporting/tracking requirements
Greets guests and visitors, and responds to general inquiries about the Behavioral Health Profession
Ensures that the Behavioral Health offices and workroom areas are clean and presentable at all times; assists with keeping and maintaining an inventory of all Behavioral Health and administrative office supplies
Must have effective oral and written communication skills
Demonstrate a working knowledge of routine office hardware and equipment (e.g. printers, copiers, fax machines, etc.).
Must maintain absolute confidentiality regarding patients per HIPAA and Agency policies in the workplace.
The hours necessary for this position are: M-Th 4:30- 7. Friday 10-6 and available for fill in as needed.

Peer Support Specialists (CPSS) to work one on one with individuals in need of support on their mental health recovery journey. A CPSS is a person who has personal lived experience with their own mental illness or co-occurring disorders, is strong in their recovery, and works alongside individuals receiving mental health services to role model recovery and support individuals in setting and achieving recovery goals.
Requirements
● Applicants must complete Peer Support Specialist Training and be certified as a CPSS in the state of Idaho

Wage
CPSSs at Stillwaters Counseling start at $21.00 per hour.
Hours
CPSSs typically start out part-time to provide time for training and shadowing and then have the opportunity to grow into a full-time position if desired. CPSSs are able to work a flexible schedule and set their own hours. CPSSs must attend one staff meeting per month and meet one- on-one with their supervisor once per week.
